Terms of service

The service
Shotona turns 3D models you provide into product videos and stills, rendered in your browser. By using it you agree to these terms. If you use Shotona for a company, you're agreeing on its behalf.
Your content stays yours
You keep all rights to the models, music, and text you bring, and to every video and still you export — including on the free plan. Exports are yours to use commercially. We claim no ownership and no license beyond what's needed to store projects you choose to save to the cloud. The watermark on free-plan exports marks the video as made with Shotona; it does not change ownership.
Your responsibilities
- You must have the rights to the models, music, and other material you use. Shotona doesn't clear rights for you.
- Don't use Shotona to produce unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, and don't attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Keep access to your account's email or Google sign-in — it's how your account and subscription are recovered.
Plans and billing
- The free plan exports with a Shotona watermark. Pro removes it and adds features; it's billed monthly or yearly through Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime from the billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Prices may change; existing subscribers get notice by email before a change affects their renewal.
- If a payment repeatedly fails, the account returns to the free plan. Exports you've already made are unaffected — they're files on your device.
Service changes and availability
We improve Shotona continuously and may add, change, or retire features. Rendering happens on your device, so your existing exports never depend on us — but cloud features (saved projects, sign-in, billing) are provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, Shotona is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we'll note it here with a new date and, for subscribers, say so by email. Continuing to use Shotona after a change means you accept it. Questions: hello@shotona.com.
